BARRE

Fun and effective barre workouts for all your needs. Filter by length, equipment, pre/postnatal, whatever you need!

Just know that every workout will guide you through full ranges of movements in addition to small micro movements; giving you the ‘barre burn’ you desire!

PILATES

Grab your mat, perhaps some equipment, then select from a wide variety of our classical and modern fusion pilates classes. All our pilates classes are designed to ‘strengthen and lengthen’, leaving you feeling like a new woman post class!

SCULPT

Feel strong, in control and mighty fine! Search through low and high impact classes to get your endorphins going; leaving your body, mind and heart feeling great. Choose from a variety of equipment and feel the glow from the inside out!

BABIES AND BARRE

Our signature Babies and Barre class comes to the screen! Using your stroller as a barre handle, baby gets to hang out whilst you get to work out! A win win! Baby can also go in a bounce chair or you can wear them. Postpartum friendly exercises, designed to safely challenge you and help you regain your strength! Yes Mama!
