With Inspirations pulled from both dance and pilates, our low impact barre classes include a combination of both full range and micro movements; working your muscles towards failure and leading you towards that famous barre burn!
Grab your mat, then select from a wide variety of our classical and modern fusion pilates classes.
Working with slightly heavier weights, we’ll work through upbeat exercises to get your body, mind and heart feeling great! Low impact and high impact classes on demand.
